Welcome to Paddles Up

We're so glad you're here! Our dream is to share our journey of how we've been awakening out of egoic conditioning and learning to live in heart-centeredness. This is indeed a journey and one that is entirely worth the letting go to drop 18 inches down where real, effortless life is found.

Feel free to check out the site and consider joining our Paddles Up Pass, where we dive deep into Christ centered, heart-flow together.

ABOUT THE LOGO

The name Paddles Up represents taking our hands off of our own efforts and attempts at doing life to drop into the heart (spirit) where effortless flow is found.

The bald guy represents me (John) and every one else who is learning to reprogram their subconscious by entering soul rest dropping "down" into Christ-consciousness. This in turn heals the ego to become a "servant" to the heart.

The purple heart, owl eyes, and wings on the man's chest represents wisdom, bravery, courage, creativity, generosity, and living a heart-centered life. The owl and its eyes are important because it has the ability to see in the darkness and fly unseen when it is about to lay hold of something significant (We walk by faith and not by sight.)

In other words, when a person engages with internal rest and wisdom, they begin to live out of their heart instead of their ego. This in turn enables one to take flight in the magnetic field of the heart.

Thus, rather than chasing dreams, desires, wants and needs down through egoic pursuit, they begin to be drawn to us magnetically and effortlessly.
